1. Is this event a concert?  This event is arranged as a party.  There are 3 rooms of entertainment & refreshments on 3 levels.
   
   
2. Is there room for dancing?  Yes.
   
   
3. What type of reserved seating is available?  There is very little unreserved seating in the Ballroom.  All seating in the Lounge and the Jungle Room is unreserved.  If you must have seating in the Ballroom & see no available chairs, please speak to one of the event staff.
   
   
4. How will I identify the event staff?  Event staff persons wear pink carnations.
   
   
5. Is there a coat check room?  Yes!
   
   
6. Is this an all-ages show?  Are children permitted to attend? This event is an adult party.  Some children are present very early in the evening, but generally disappear by 9pm.
   
   
7. What about reserved tables?  A limited number of reserved tables are available in the Ballroom only, each seating 10 persons.  If your party is smaller than 10, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.  A reserved table guarantees a seat, but not necessarily an unobstructed view of the stage.  Any items on the table, such as the centerpiece are yours to keep if you wish.
   
   
8. What to wear?  Most people tend towards dressy/casual style. However, there is no dress code and you will be among others if you decide on black tie, retro or anything you might choose for a special event party during the holiday season.
   
   
9. Are cameras allowed?  Flash cameras and still cameras are allowed; video cameras are not allowed.
   
   
10. Is smoking permitted?  Yes cigarette smoking is permitted. No pipes or cigars please.
    
    
11. Has the event ever been cancelled or postponed due to weather? Not once.
    
    
12. Is the cost of tickets tax-deductible? Not to our knowledge. The best source of information is your tax professional or accountant.
